Shipping rates

$11 NZ Wide

Rural delivery surcharge + $5.50

International: Rates available upon request

Delivery Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Once shipped, orders will be delivered within 2 working days*.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number. 

All orders are shipped with NZ Post by Courier. 

* Delivery targets are a guide only. Delivery outside major towns and cities, including to and from rural or remote areas will take longer.

 

Local Pick Up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Ute Nation (102 Clarence Street, Riccarton, Christchurch). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and 10am - 4pm Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Shipping

International shipping is available upon request for apparel only. Prices will vary depending on your location.

If you are located outside of New Zealand and wish to purchase apparel, please contact us here with your delivery address and the items you would like to order, and we will be in touch with a shipping rate.
